read this great tip from Real Living magazine recently: use a rubber dishwashing glove (with ridges/bumps on the palms n fingers) to collect loose fur off your pet or from furniture. way cheaper than buying a special grooming brush n less conspicuous so the pet doesn't get irritated by it!
(brushing off loose fur is so addictive... -__-")
